NJT Introduces Net Client CS – A simpler way to do taxes

Beginning in 2014, we will be offering a new service to our clients called Net Client CS. This client portal will enable our clients to access their tax information online through our website. You will have your own secure, password-protected online portal that you can access anytime from our website. Among its features are:

View and print documents, including finished tax returns and tax documents, like W-2s and 1099s.

Exchange electronic files with us. For example, you can upload a copy of your broker statement directly to your client portal which we can then view and download from our office with no exchange of paper.

Net Client CS portals include advanced security and reliability measures to keep your data safe, including:

Built in redundancy: Multiple data locations and Internet connections keep your portal up and running at all times.

Secure password protection: A comprehensive password system provides you with worry-free access.

256-bit encryption: This protects your data as it travels between the data center and your computer.

Net Client CS is easy to use and can be accessed through our website. Once you are registered, you will simply click on “Net Client Portal” and enter your personalized user ID and software.

Getting Started with the Net Client Portal

Register your account – You will receive an email from our office with a link to register your account. We recommend that you use your email as your user ID and choose a secure password.

Access your account – Use the Login link from the email or go to nancyteff.com and click on “Client Login.” Please allow 48-72 hours for documents to appear on your page after you have registered your account.

Access your documents – On your home page, you will see your name on the left hand side of the page. Click on your name and documents should appear. Just click on the document to open. You can then view, print or save your document to your computer.

Send a document to our office – On the left hand side is a tab for “File Exchange.” Click this tab. You will then see the exchange page. To upload a document from your computer, click “add files.” When you see your file, you can then press “start upload.” We will then receive an email at our office that you have sent us a document.

Log out of Net Client – Double click your name in the upper right hand corner, then choose “log out.”
